Company History
A rich and successful history and well-established client base
In 2005, Mr Narotam Govind Patel left his previous firm, Patel NG Cachalia MSH & Loonat MA and formed a new practice called NG Patel and Partners.
NG Patel Senior Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer has been practising for the past 60 years.
In 2014, Mr Zunaid Ismail started Ismail Attorneys.
In 2017, NG Patel & Partner and Ismail Attorneys merged to form a new generation law firm, manifesting both decades of experience as well as a young talent pool under the name of KPMI Incorporated.
This added advantage of KPMI’s merger includes gaining a more diversified practice both in skills set as well as people.
The firm has a well-established client base and is growing and progressing well with South Africa’s development. A rich and successful history and well-established client base supporting both the former firms that make up KPMI Incorporated.
We have improved our offering and extended our skills by a merger of NG Patel & Partners and Ismail Attorneys in 2017 by merger.
We believe our strength lies in not only our joint expertise and experience but also in providing our valued clients with a hands-on, accessible and affordable offering in all our services.

In practice since 2000. Director of KPMI Inc. Further studied a Diploma in Insolvency Law and Practice (2003), Post Graduate Diploma in Management (1988). Experienced in administration of estates.
ABDULLAH BASHIR MAHOMED

In practice since October 2013, Director of KPMI Inc. Previously a sole proprietor at Ismail Attorneys. A legal General Practitioner with a specialised interest in Criminal Litigation, civil litigation, commercial litigation and immigration.
